I want to thank you for the Delicious recipes you posted. My husband and I are on day 3 only and I wanted to find ways to keep our favorite proteins in the mix. The Bananeggs Pancakes as I call them are so unique I love them! We switched to the Paleo Lifestyle in order to lose weight and get fit for our son Ijah who is 3 and just had a major transplant where he lost his pancreas spleen, gallbladder, appendix and duodenum due to pancreatitis. His father and sister also have the disease and dad is scheduled for a pre cancer biopsy at the end of the month. Regardless of the out come we realized our gluttony for high sugar coffee, carbs and junk food had to stop. This is our future and I am so glad to have sites like yours dedicated to making the transition easier. Thank You!
