  • 2 Mangoes sliced into thin strips
  • 2 Avocados cubed
  • ΒΌ red onion diced
  • 1 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

  • Combine all ingredients and serve freshly cut and cold.
