As promised, I will be sharing my workouts + latest noms, and today I will be giving you a bit of motivation, too.
My past week has been great! In Louisiana, the sun is out and I am finally getting a good dose of Vitamin D. My latest cravings for broccoli and sweet potatoes have not ceased, and my wallet is not complaining. Although I usually meal prep regularly, lately I’ve had some free time and consequently have made 3 trips Whole Foods in just this week. Yes, it’s a guilty pleasure, and WF makes everyone happy.

My spring break is officially 4 weeks away, which means no slacking on workouts and super clean eating. If my spring break is 4 weeks away, yours is probably coming up too! If you are looking to lean up in the next four weeks, here are 3 last minute tips for a bikini bod!
- Avoid processed foods [aka fake food]. How do you tell if foods are processed? If it’s it comes in a package, and the ingredient list is longer than 2-3 real ingredients, it is most likely packaged. Processed foods make you bloat, and will not out the bikini bod! Stick only to real, whole foods.
- Eat only when you are hungry. If you are eating Paleo foods, your body will begin to tell you (1) when to eat, (2) how much, and (3) what types of food- fat, protein, or carbs. Focus on listening for those 3 signals. When you eat non-Paleo foods, they can trick your body into thinking you are hungry when you are NOT, causing you to overeat.
- Incorporate weight training. If you want to look toned you need to lift weights! Girls, do not be afraid to lift heavy. Instead of spending hours being a cardio-queen, try lifting heavy things.
